Advertising Policy

This policy governs advertising on MonoVerde Sports platforms, including Block & Bank, Drag & Flick, Stretch the Game, and any future MVS-operated property (collectively, the "Platforms"). By creating an account or running a campaign, you agree to comply with this policy and the broader terms of service.

1. Who can advertise

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter contracts on behalf of the business you represent. We do not accept signups from disposable, temporary, or free webmail addresses; advertiser accounts must use a verifiable business email at a company-owned domain.

2. Prohibited content

The following are not permitted in any campaign, creative, or landing page. We reject and refund campaigns containing:

• Adult, sexual, or suggestive content;
• Firearms, ammunition, or weapons accessories;
• Tobacco, vaping, or recreational drug products;
• Gambling content, including casinos, bookmakers, or fantasy sports betting;
• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting protected groups;
• Deceptive claims, "miracle" health products, get-rich-quick offers, or pyramid schemes;
• Cryptocurrency token sales, ICOs, or unregulated financial products;
• Pharmaceutical or prescription medication;
• Political campaigning or partisan messaging;
• Content infringing third-party intellectual property, including unauthorised use of trademarks, logos, or characters.

3. Creative standards

All creative must:

• Clearly identify the advertiser, either visually or through context. Native-style ads that masquerade as platform content are not permitted;
• Use truthful, substantiated claims. Comparative claims require evidence;
• Direct to a functioning landing page matching the offer described in the ad;
• Be appropriate for a general audience including young coaches and players. Our platforms are used by minors.

4. Targeting

You may target campaigns by sport, platform, and country. You may not target, exclude, or otherwise discriminate against users on the basis of race, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin beyond the broad country-level targeting we offer for tax and language reasons.

5. Data and user privacy

You will not receive any personally identifying data about users who view or click your ads. Reporting is aggregate only: impression counts, click counts, and per-country breakdowns. Attempting to identify, track, or contact specific users is prohibited and grounds for permanent suspension.

6. Moderation and approval

New campaigns and creatives are reviewed before serving. Most are approved within minutes; borderline cases may be referred for human review. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse, pause, or remove any ad at our sole discretion;
• Suspend accounts with repeated policy violations (three rejections within a rolling 30-day period will pause an account pending review);
• Terminate accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or any activity threatening our platforms or their users.

7. Billing

Charges are settled against the payment method on file. You are responsible for keeping that method current. Disputed charges should be raised with us before initiating chargebacks; unresolved chargebacks may result in account closure. Refunds are at our discretion and typically issued only for serving errors or rejected creative.

8. Trademark and IP

You confirm that you own or have authorisation to use all trademarks, logos, and intellectual property in your campaign. We are not responsible for resolving trademark disputes between advertisers; valid trademark holders may submit complaints to ads@monoverdesports.com and we will respond promptly.

9. Termination

Either party may close the account at any time. On closure, any positive outstanding balance is charged immediately and final reports are made available for 90 days. We reserve the right to delete account data after 18 months of inactivity.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active advertisers by email. Continued use of MVS Ads after a policy update constitutes acceptance.
